"Licensor" means the copyright holder of this repository and any person or entity
to whom the copyright holder assigns the right to license this work.

"Software" means all source code, object code, assets, documentation, and other
materials contained in this repository, unless a file states otherwise.

"Commercial Use" means any use primarily intended for or directed toward
commercial advantage, monetary compensation, revenue generation, client work,
sale, licensing for a fee, or use in a product or service offered for payment.

"Rogovik Family Member" means a natural person whom Alex Rogovik has approved
in writing as a member of the Rogovik family for purposes of this license.

2. License Grant

Subject to this license, the Licensor grants you a limited, revocable,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • view the Software;
  • use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software for personal, educational,
  • use the Software for Commercial Use only if you are a Rogovik Family Member.

3. Commercial Restriction

If you are not a Rogovik Family Member, you may not make any Commercial Use of
the Software.

4. Conditions

If you copy, modify, or distribute the Software, you must:

  • keep this license and all copyright notices with the Software;
  • clearly mark any substantial modifications you make; and
  • not imply endorsement by the Licensor.

5. No Trademark Rights

This license does not grant any right to use the Licensor's names, brands,
logos, or trademarks, except to identify the origin of the Software.

6. Termination

Any use of the Software outside the scope of this license automatically
terminates your rights under this license.

7. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
